My hope is to create a safe space for all women without judgement or shame. To work through and beyond the hardships that come with intimacy during the stages of womanhood, motherhood and parenthood.

Birth and postpartum care is often where there is the most confusion, and therefore the potential for the most healing and maturity. When we have a deeper understanding of how our bodies work, we feel empowered and unapologetically ourselves throughout life.

As a committed mother, passionate partner and lover of all-things sex and sensuality, female pleasure ranks high on my list of priorities. Which is precisely why I am making a place for it in the work that I do with women not restricted to but especially during postpartum.
