Birth and postpartum care is often where there is the most confusion, and therefore the potential for the most healing and maturity.
With clarity and kindness I hope to bring the same care oriented experience I had, and ultimately give to others through education of; reproductive, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.
The inevitable cracks that appear in the foundation of yourself or a partnership after birth is unavoidable. Whether it be healing, feeding, care of a newborn, care of a home, intimacy or connection. The questions parents have in the first months after having a baby are endless. The help of a “crack specialist” or a doula can ease the transition into parenthood. As parents we go through a rapid absorption mode, trying to figure out how to go from moment to moment. How to survive. An often overwhelming feeling of “you should know what to do,” causes those cracks to grow and the foundation to crave help.
I’m a passionate educator and advocate for wholeness. I want to help others understand and make empowered choices themselves.
